Dimensions: 9.75” x 4”
Cold compress: Place the pillow in the freezer for 1-2 hours. It will help relieve headaches and/or eye strain. (Eye pillow should be placed in a plastic bag before freezing).
Warm compress: Place the pillow in the microwave for 30 seconds. Ideal before sleep. DO NOT OVERHEAT.
The scent of lavender will last for years in a pillow, just squeeze it from time to time. But if you want more scent simply apply a few drops of your favourite essential oil directly to the pillow insert.
